Floor Routine Music from Musical Designs: Services, Products and Prices

	Each of our songs has been carefully edited for use as gymnastics floor music (both Artistic and Rhythmic). The audio clips provided on the Song List page can be heard on most any computer, and since all sales are final, please be sure to get approval from your gymnastics coach before completing your purchase.

	If you would like something to be changed in one of our songs, just contact us with the specifics. We realize that individual needs and preferences differ from gymnast to gymnast, and we're happy to accommodate customization requests wherever possible. Many of our songs can be revised (such as tempo and volume) or re-edited (such as add, delete, etc.). Customization requests are handled on an individual basis and must be made prior to placing your order.

	Have you ever been to a gymnastics meet where someone's floor music wouldn't play on the CD player? We keep this risk to a minimum by only using high quality, name brand CD-Rs. To ensure optimum playback, our performance CDs are burned at very low write speeds using 16-bit, 44.1kHz wave files. Wave files are used rather than MP3s because CDs that are burned from wave files are generally more compatible from CD player to CD player. They also have a slightly better sound quality and for these reasons, the performance CDs that we provide are never burned from MP3s.

You'll automatically receive two competition-ready CDs when you purchase your gymnastics floor music from us! Each CD will be labeled with the name and timing of the song and will also reflect the appropriate copyright credits. In addition to this, other supplemental information can also be included on the label (such as the gymnast's name, name of gym, competitive level, etc.). You'll be prompted for this type of personalization during the order process.

	The following products are available to supplement your song purchase:

	Extra CDs. If you need more than the two competition CDs that are provided with each order, additional CDs of your song can also be purchased. For example, a replacement CD might be needed if one of your other CDs gets damaged or lost during the gymnastics meet season. Also, if you compete in both club and high school gymnastics, you might like to have more than two CDs. Or, the label information might need to be revised if you compete with your floor music for more than one year or at a different level.

	You can place your order for an extra competition CD during the initial purchase process, or any time the need arises.

	Cassette Tapes. In addition to the two CDs that are provided with your order, cassette tapes of your purchased song are also available. A cassette tape can be ordered during the initial purchase process, or any time the need arises.

Demo CD

	A word about our Demo CD: demos of all our songs at their regular lengths are included on our demo CD. Because some of our songs have a corresponding shorter version available, a complimentary short version demo CD is also provided (in addition to the regular length demo CD).

	A demo version of each new song will continue to be added to our current demo CD as we've been doing in the past. To help you follow our numbering system, as new floor routine music is released, the product number of our demo CD is revised as follows:

	the number in front of the dash indicates the total number of songs on the CD the number following the dash corresponds to the month and year that the demo CD was revised
	Thanks for your patience as we continue to build our inventory of gymnastics music!

10%	Group Discount Level 1: for orders of 3 - 7 individual songs (must be placed at the same time)

20%	Group Discount Level 2: for orders of 8 or more individual songs (must be placed at the same time)

Family Discount: given when there's more than one competitive gymnast in the family. After your initial purchase from Musical Designs, we're happy to offer this discount on all subsequent orders: just let us know the song(s) you previously purchased and the family member it was purchased for. Please note: this discount is for immediate family only (i.e. sisters).

20%	Repeat Customer Discount. Musical Designs appreciates customer loyalty, and this is our way to say thanks for your patronage! When you place a new order, just let us know the song you purchased originally, and we'll apply your discount (this is a "gymnast-specific" discount).

Please note: these discounts cannot be combined. The appropriate credit will be manually applied after your order has been received, and a revised receipt will be e-mailed to you at that time.

	Our goal is to complete every order within 2 business days (although an additional 1 or 2 days might be needed during certain times of the year). Once processed, each order is mailed through the US Postal Service. Sturdy mailer boxes are used to protect your CDs during shipment.

	Domestic shipments are sent Priority Mail and have a delivery time of 2-3 business days.

	As of May 14, 2007, international orders are being shipped via Priority Mail International; the delivery time is either 4-6 days or 6-10 days depending on the destination. The shipping method you select during the order process will be confirmed your order is processed, and should it be necessary to revise the shipping rate, we'll adjust your credit card accordingly.

During checkout, shipment destinations located within the territories of the USA will most likely default into the Domestic Shipment category, but if this doesn't happen, we'll be sure to issue the appropriate credit when your order comes through.

A few more important notes for our international customers: Our shipping rates have been increased as of May 14, 2007 due to the rate increase by the US Postal Service. Please note the following:

* Because customs regulations vary from country to country, please be advised that import taxes and other types of fees might be assessed to your shipment by the postal authority within your country.

* Shipping restrictions that exist in certain countries might adversely affect our ability to mail your music. For example, we cannot ship to countries with mail service that is limited to letters! Check with us if you have any questions.

* Finally, the shipping prices shown above are for orders up to $100. For orders over $100, the shipping charge will be increased by $4 per $100 increment.

	Should you require overnight or rush delivery of your gymnastics music, please complete the online order process and complete the Contact Us page to let us know of the urgency. If you prefer to call, customers in the USA and Canada can reach us at any of the numbers shown on the Contact Us.

	International customers who have rush delivery needs are asked to include your e-mail address during the order process. As a general rule, our e-mail is checked many times during the day, so you should expect an e-mailed acknowledgement from us within a few hours of placing your order.

	*Please note:* We do all we can to get your floor music ready for shipment within 24 hours (sometimes even the same day). But we can't guarantee this. We'll advise you of the expected mail date via e-mail.

Domestic Customers: Contact us to request this option. Rush domestic orders will be shipped through the US Postal Service via Express Mail. Please be aware that Express Mail shipments are usually delivered the next day to most areas within the USA; however, next day delivery is not guaranteed by the post office.

International Customers: Contact us to request this option! Rush international orders can be shipped either Express Mail International (3-5 business days delivery time) or Global Express Guaranteed (1-3 days delivery time). Please note that in addition to our shipping charge, import VAT and/or other fees might be assessed to your shipment by the postal authority within your country.

	For your convenience, PayPal accepts the following credit cards and ATM debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Once your payment has been completed, the corresponding transaction on your statement will either be shown as "PAYPAL MUSICAL DESIGNS" or "PAYPAL MUSICLDSGNS".

	Please note: although we use PayPal to process all payment transactions, you do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from Musical Designs!
