About the Order Process

Because we know how important it is to find the right song for your floor routine, demos of all our floor music songs are provided to help facilitate your search. Free online demos are available for many of our songs, and mp3 downloads for other selected demos can be purchased at shop.musical-designs.com. In addition, a demo cd can be ordered if you prefer to have demos of all our floor music on a cd.

Regardless of how you listen to our floor music, please be sure to get final approval from your gymnastics coach before you purchase an individual song (since all sales are final).

LISTEN TO FREE DEMOS

Musical Designs wants to keep your search for floor music as quick, easy, and low-cost as possible ... so whenever we can provide online demos without charging you to listen to them, we're going to do it! We have a number of demos that fit into the “free” category, and *most of them can also be downloaded (just go to our free demo page and right click on the 'listen' link).

* In order to comply with specific licensing stipulations, a few of our free demos are required to be non-downloadable (you can still listen to them, you just can’t download them).

PURCHASE DEMO MP3s FOR DOWNLOAD

Because permission to provide free online demos isn't always granted in the license, some of our floor routine songs require additional licenses before we can distribute them online. These demos can be purchased for 25¢ each from our download store at shop.musical-designs.com (please note that a minimum purchase of 2 demos is required). We hope you'll take a few minutes to browse through the list and see what songs are available.

All payments for purchases made at shop.musical-designs.com go through PayPal (don't worry, you aren't required to have a PayPal account to pay this way). Completion of your payment is the only way to ensure prompt email delivery of your download link, so as you go through our checkout screens at shop.musical-designs.com, be sure to watch for the PayPal link.

With that said, every once in a while, we hear from customers who tell us that the PayPal link didn’t appear on the checkout screen where it should have. We don’t know if this is a browser issue or exactly what causes this, but if this happens, please contact us right away. We’ll be happy to email an invoice to you manually, and you can be listening to your demos in no time!

PURCHASE A DEMO CD

To order a demo cd, go to our Song List page and click on the Demo CD link (it’ll be at the top of the list).

Our demo cd is priced at $5 plus shipping and it contains demos of all our floor music songs at their regular lengths. Additionally, because many of our selections also have a corresponding short version available (and some even have multiple short versions), a separate, complimentary short version demo cd is also provided with your order.

PURCHASE AN INDIVIDUAL SONG FOR COMPETITION

When you're ready to order an individual song for competition (voice track removed), just go to our Song List page and click on the specific song title you want to buy. All of our floor music is priced at $50.

What you receive: Two wave file cds are furnished with each purchase - one is your primary cd and the other is your backup cd. Each cd is labeled with the name and timing of the song and also reflects the appropriate copyright credits. In addition, other supplemental information can also be included on the label (such as the gymnast's name, name of gym, competitive level, etc.). You'll be prompted for this type of personalization during the order process.

At this time, we do not have a download option for the competition version of our songs.

Legal Info:  Once you receive your cds, you can save the music as an mp3 or can add it to your iPod, etc. provided it is for your own personal use. For example, you can make as many additional copies of your floor music as are needed for practice at the gym, at home, competing at meets, and so forth; however, due to copyright laws, file sharing, transfer, or redistribution or your floor music is not permitted. This means, too, that once you are through competing with your music, it cannot be given or sold to anybody else. Thank you for respecting the law on this!

THE ORDER PROCESS

Once you've clicked on the song title link, you'll be taken through a series of screens to complete the order process.

• Complete the Order Information Form. This is where you can request a discount (if applicable), and also where we collect the info needed to personalize your CD labels (name of gymnast, name of gym, etc.).
• Click to add the song to your basket.
• Be sure to continue shopping if you would like to purchase another song or a demo cd.
• Click to check out. At this point, you’ll be asked to provide standard information such as e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, and telephone number.

Eventually, you’ll get to a checkout screen that asks you to select your payment method: PayPal or Credit Card.

PayPal: If this option is selected, you’ll be taken to paypal.com where you’ll be asked to provide your payment information (you do not need to have a PayPal account to pay this way). Customers who choose to pay via PayPal are assured that their financial information is protected by PayPal's 128-bit level of encryption. For your convenience, PayPal accepts the following credit cards and ATM debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Once your payment has been completed, the corresponding transaction on your statement will either be shown as "PAYPAL *MUSICAL DESIGNS" or "PAYPAL *MUSICLDSGNS".

Credit Card: If you select the Credit Card option, you’ll remain on our musical-designs.com site. Please be assured that Musical Designs takes every precaution to safeguard the protection of our customers’ personal and financial information; all credit card information entered on this screen receives an encryption level of 128-bit through GeoTrust. GeoTrust's SSL certificate protects the privacy of your credit card information and is hosted for musical-designs.com by Small Green Tree.

Ultimately, Musical Designs uses PayPal to process all credit card transactions. Once your credit card payment has been completed, the corresponding transaction on your statement will either be shown as "PAYPAL *MUSICAL DESGINS" or "PAYPAL *MUSICLDSGNS".

ORDER COMPLETION

Our goal is to complete every order within 2 business days (although an additional 1 or 2 days might be needed during certain times of the year). In most cases, your cds are mailed out the very next day!

SHIPPING

Once processed, each order is mailed through the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. Sturdy mailer boxes and protective bubble wrap are used to keep your cds safe during shipment, but in the unlikely event that one or both of them is damaged in transit, please see our Return Policy for more information.

For domestic shipments, Priority Mail has a delivery period of 2-3 business days; the delivery period for international shipments is 6-10 business days.
