Our goal is to complete every order within 2 business days (although an additional 1 or 2 days might be needed during certain times of the year). In most cases, your cds are mailed out the very next day!
Once processed, each order is mailed through the US Postal Service via Priority Mail. Sturdy mailer boxes and protective bubble wrap are used to keep your cds safe during shipment, but in the unlikely event that one or both of them is damaged in transit, please see our Return policy below for more information.
The delivery time for domestic shipments is 3-5 business days.
The delivery time for international shipments is 6-10 business days. We choose to use the Priority Mail International service because it's the best value at a very reasonable price. However, please note that because customs regulations vary from country to country, import taxes and other types of fees might be assessed to your shipment by the postal authority within your country.
It is also important to note that international shipments through Priority Mail are given a customs number, not a tracking number. There is no formal tracking system in place through Priority Mail International, but with that said, sometimes it IS possible to monitor the shipment's progress by pulling up the customs number. We'll email the customs number to you once your order has been shipped.

Overnight | Rush Delivery
Should you require overnight or rush delivery of your gymnastics music, please complete the online order process and also submit our contact form let us know of the urgency. If you prefer to call, customers in the USA and Canada can reach us at any of the numbers shown on the Contact page.
Please note: We do all we can to get your floor music ready for shipment within 24 hours (sometimes even the same day). But we can't guarantee this. We'll advise you of the expected mail date via email.
Due to the high occurrence of music piracy, all gymnastics floor music sales are final.
Prior to being mailed, each cd is played to make sure it is not defective. In the event that one or both of your cds are damaged during shipment, we ask that you contact us immediately. We will gladly replace damaged cds within 30 days of purchase. Please mail the cd back to us with a note explaining the problem you encountered, and upon receipt we will mail you a replacement (same song), free of charge.
